Are you a cafe?

No, we no longer have a cafe onsite at Habitots. However, we have many beautiful cafes just steps away from our door in Albert Park and you're welcome to bring in your own food and drinks to enjoy in our playroom or back garden. Join an art class and then meet a friend for lunch at Habitots!

What exactly is Habitots?

We're a beautiful kids retail store with toys, games, art supplies, some furniture, wall art and beautiful interiors items.

We run art classes Monday - Friday in the mornings, and Monday and Wednesday after school. These are all upstairs in our art room and with the help of our genius art teachers your little ones will create their own masterpieces to take home! All details can be found under our Classes page online. 

There are music classes offered in our downstairs playroom on Tuesday mornings, with different times available based on the age of your child. All details can be found under our Classes page online. 

In addition, we offer many different party packages and space rental for parties (birthday or other celebrations!) on Saturday and Sunday. See our Parties page online for full details and to submit and enquiry. 

We also are lucky enough to have a downstairs playroom with toys and art supplies, a large table and plenty of seating that you can enjoy any day of the week. Our back garden is also a beautiful and unique space to take in some sun and a catch-up with friends. If you're just popping in, no need to book and there's no charge either. We love having mother's groups and friends use our spaces!

ORDERING

Can I order by phone or email?
We understand that not everyone is comfortable sharing their details over the internet so please feel free to either e-mail or phone us to place your order.  Our full contact details can be found on our contact us page.

What forms of payment do you accept?
All of our payments are processed through Paypal and credit cards accepted are Visa or Mastercard.

What times can we contact you?
You can email us at any time and we will get back to you within 2 business days.  If you would like to speak with someone in person, call us on 03 9686 1312 between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, or between 10am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

DELIVERY

How do I calculate delivery charges?
On standard orders, we charge a flat $10 shipping rate throughout Australia. Whenever possible, we use a courier service to deliver all of our orders with signature on delivery, and their rates are estimated and passed on to you as a flat fee. Orders shipped to a PO Box, or International orders will be sent via Australia Post.

If you're local and able to pick-up, please select Customer Pick-up and incur no delivery.

Orders over $100 ship for free throughout Australia. 

If an order is designated as heavy or bulky or International it will incur a $25 shipping fee.

How will my order be delivered?
All items will be delivered by our courier service Sendle unless otherwise specified.

How will I know when my product has been sent?
You will receive an email once we have sent your item.

GIFT WRAPPING 

Does Habitots provide gift wrapping?

Yes, we can gift wrap your product. We have special Christmas gift wrapping available for purchase with online orders, just select the option and add your message at checkout.

Does Habitots offer discounts for interiors designers?

Does Habitots have high resolution photography?
All of our images can be supplied to media in high resolution format, please email us for a media kit.
